The first part of the process is to understand your needs and wants and preparing concepts that will meet and exceed your expectations.

For many people the budget available for a project is limited. Understanding your budget and balancing this against your needs and wants is critical for the success of the project. We will always be honest on what we feel a project will cost and if your needs are not achievable, we will advise you of this at the outset so that a decision can be made on the direction of the project.

The initial concepts will be developed with the budget in mind to provide draft designs. Where there are a number of viable solutions these will be drafted for discussion with you so that you are involved in the design process, after all, you will be the one living in the home once it is completed. Once the final layout option is decided this will be developed and finalised for planning permission and building regulations.

Many people will build once or twice in their lifetime so may be nervous about the building process. We can recommend good quality reliable builders, take the developed drawings and obtain builders quotes and review them to a point where we minimise cost, quality and programme risks so that the project can be delivered in a manner that will enable you to enjoy your new home.
